The room was clean and comfortable, but the laundry machines were always in use.

Great location just steps from public transport and a variety of shops and eateries. The room was clean and had thoughtful complimentary items like bath salts and creams. However, the bathroom door was awkward to maneuver, making it less convenient. Also, the limited space made it challenging for larger luggage, requiring some careful positioning to avoid blocking areas.

We explored the nearby Shinsaibashi Shopping Arcade, just a short walk away, which was perfect for family fun. The staff was friendly, and we appreciated the umbrellas for our rainy days.
In my wife’s opinion, the room felt cramped with too much furniture, making it challenging for the kids. A more open layout would make it easier for families to move around comfortably.

Highly Recommend it for Couples
This place is incredible! The bathroom was massive, I felt like a king every time I stepped in there. After checking out, they let us stash our bags at the reception which saved us from carrying them around all day.
Sure, it wasn't cheap, but the experience was well worth it.

missingWrote a review on 02 Augcentral locationhuge breakfastsmall room
Location stands out, just steps away from prime shopping areas, including Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. The breakfast spread is substantial, packed with tasty Japanese options that fuel a day of exploration.
The room sizes are on the small side, making it difficult to stash away your belongings, especially with limited space under the bed. Occasionally, the lobby smells of cigarettes, and returning at night, the noise from tourists can be a tad distracting.

We had an awesome time staying here with friends! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the shopping arcade and tons of great food spots. Highly recommend checking out the nearby traditional garden. Just remember, rooms are a bit cozy!
The only downside was that our room setups were a bit cramped since we wished for a better bed arrangement for the group.

Oh man, the dining scene near Four Points is a total win! 551 Horai’s crazy good dumplings are a must-try, and the vibes at Cafe Restaurant Serena are just perfect for a morning pick-me-up. The staff at the hotel were super friendly too. they really made my stay feel like home!
While our room was snug, fitting two suitcases was like a game of Tetris, and the bathroom had a lingering smoke smell that took a hot minute to shake off.
